Calling All Cars

It is known that the heart of the 2130 is the shooter, but there are a few drivers in our ranks. The Forza 2 demo is a brilliant illustration of the amazing graphics and physics this game will deliver. I think this game may even live up to the amazing hype as did G.O.W. I would pay the $60 for more of what the demo offers lots of cars and challenging tracks – knowing we can expect amazing freedom to customize the cars and make them our very own. Sharkies tribute Audi TT to all the Canadians comes to mind. This is the first true driving simulator for the 360 where you win by driving the fastest, cleanest line on a race course, rather than being awarded for drifting and “style” on city streets. The time penalty system keeps you honest, so that you cannot win by stuffing a rival off track in a tight corner. My last note is that the wireless racing wheel really brings this game to life. The forced feedback really pulls you in. Feeling the braking, or the car come loose if you apply too much throttle leaving a turn make it one of the most immersive game. The game is set to hit the street in two weeks, so check out the demo.

I was wondering when you would chime in. Yes, the 2130 car club is in full force, and I'm going to invest WAY too many hours into Forza 2. I can't wait for the 29th!

Tried the demo today. Blew me away, especially how beautiful the graphic are. I was actually closing my eyes during some of the wall crashes. Makes you want to be more careful when driving the Ferrari.
