What a bunch of dorks. If anyone is stupid enough to believe that MS makes any money on the $400 you get for the premium console, they should be banned from live. It must be those individuals who can't grasp the rules of the games and so they team kill and scream the whole time. I know that IBM invested buku $$$ into that 64bit processor, and how they are getting into the console that small without catching the plastic on fire is quite a feat.

Still at $399 it is a deal. Just 2 different options. If you want to be cheap, and buy 3rd party cables/controllers/etc you can pay $299. I'll pay the extra $100 to get all the "options" included so I don't have to piece my system together.
Makes sense to me. I don't know what all the whiny little punks are complaining about.
I'm placing my preorder. I am glad they are getting out of line. :)
BTW, my new TV should be soon as well. Can't wait to fire it up on a 61" Samsung DLP. "Mmmmmmmmm, HD" - Homer
Ahhhh how I love the HD. And $400 is fine by me. Sheez for the amount of entertainment and quality time with your fappers it is pennies man. Looking forward to the event of November 2005. Bring on the laughs.
